Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mining or equivalent technical training
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar supervisory role on construction sites
• Relevant experience in mining projects, site rehabilitation, demolition, and/or infrastructure projects
• Valid ASP Construction certification (mandatory)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Availability to work on site, on rotation, and frequently travel throughout Quebec
• Valid driver's license
