xAI is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to the development of their open-source inference engine, SGLang. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability and performance of inference services, managing infrastructure, and building CI/CD pipelines. xAI prioritizes a flat organizational structure and encourages hands-on contributions.
