Job description
As a Senior Chemist - Energetics at X-Bow, you'll be part of a team developing solid rocket motor propellant formulations, hazards abatement, performance optimization, and quality control. The role requires leadership and technical expertise in a fast-paced lab environment.
Responsibilities include pilot-scale plant chemical support, technical lead for propellant applications, leadership of junior chemists, and demonstration of technical acumen across various skills.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of technical articles, publications, patents, and conference attendance, with a strong understanding of chemical energetics and solid rocket propellants.
