Network Engineer L2

Role Overview

As a Network Engineer L2, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing network infrastructure, performing real-time network monitoring, and troubleshooting and resolving Level 2 network issues.

What You Will Do

You will track and document incident records, prepare incident reports, and execute scheduled preventive maintenance activities on network and UPS infrastructure.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in IT
• Fundamental knowledge in Network
• 1 year of experience as a Network Engineer L2
• CCNA certification (added advantage)
• Strong team player with ability to collaborate and support others
• Strong communications skills and ability to resolve issues or inquiries effectively
