Sales Specialist (f/m/x) in Italy - Earthmoving Equipment

Support sales and promotion of XCMG earthmoving equipment, build relationships with dealers, and maintain customer engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in sales roles within construction equipment, earthmoving machinery, or related industrial sectors
• Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Solid market awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and support customers effectively
