M&A Business Development Associate is a role in the business development team at Xite, a leading healthcare M&A advisory firm. The position involves identifying, engaging, and building relationships with healthcare practice owners who may be considering a sale or partnership.

Requirements

• Identify, contact, and build relationships with prospective dental, medical, and healthcare practice owners
• Schedule and host prospective client meetings
• Educate prospective clients on practice valuations, market conditions, and transaction structures
• Work closely with senior advisors and financial analysts to evaluate opportunities and prepare practices to go to market
• Support the creation and maintenance of Offering Memorandums, marketing packages, and other client-facing materials
