XO Health is looking for an experienced Group Health Plan Sales Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the health insurance landscape, a proven track record of high-level sales, and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, specifically in large group, self-funded health plans.
- Deep understanding of large group health insurance products, self-funded plans, level-funded, fully insured plans, and ACA compliance for large employers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience selling to senior-level executives and decision-makers.
- Ability to analyze complex data and communicate the benefits of various health plan options in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a client-focused approach.
- Active health insurance license (required or ability to obtain).
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset, while also collaborating with internal teams.
