XO Health is hiring a Senior Group Health Plan Sales Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. We're looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong understanding of health insurance and a proven track record of high-level sales.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, specifically in large group, self-funded health plans
- Deep understanding of large group health insurance products, self-funded plans, level-funded, fully insured plans, and ACA compliance for large employers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience selling to senior-level executives and decision-makers
- Ability to analyze complex data and communicate the benefits of various health plan options in a clear and persuasive manner
- Strong relationship-building skills and a client-focused approach
- Active health insurance license (required or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset, while also collaborating with internal teams
