Job Description
As a Senior Legal Analyst, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts, following up on contractual and regulatory matters, and organizing demands and new projects. You will work with partners in the distribution network, offshore business, and M&A demands.
Requirements
- Advanced or fluent English
- Active OAB registration
- Previous experience with societária and contractual demands
- Availability to work presentially in our office in São Paulo/SP at least 3 times a week
