Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in cloud operations, service delivery, or IT account management
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong understanding of ITIL, service management principles, and cloud operational KPIs
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
