Cloud Operations Manager

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Cloud Operations Manager to oversee the operational excellence, service delivery, and client success of our cloud services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in cloud operations, service delivery, or IT account management.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, service management principles, and cloud operational KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
