
Job description
The Continuous Improvement Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving the organization’s continuous improvement initiatives. They work to manage business performance and continuous improvement with contract manufacturing partners. This role involves analyzing current practices, leading improvement projects, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Conduct analysis of current processes and performance to identify opportunities for improvement, lead process improvement projects and initiatives, and utilize Lean and other continuous improvement methodologies to drive process improvements.
This role requires a proven track record of applying lean principles, experience managing projects, and strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to influence and lead without authority, have solid coaching and facilitation skills, and experience reporting up to Executive Leadership.
