Job Description
The Yakima County Sheriff's Office is seeking a Lateral Law Enforcement Dispatcher to answer emergent and non-emergent calls from the public, assess priority, and disseminate information to law enforcement and other public safety agencies. The ideal candidate will have one year of Law Enforcement Dispatch experience and be able to work on a rotating shift basis, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of Law Enforcement Dispatch experience
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including nights, weekends, and holidays
