Job Description
This is a non-bargaining unit position responsible for teaching hands-on EMS practical skills to new and experienced providers. The person will conduct EMT lectures and skill practice sessions, and may also teach First Aid/CPR to the public.
Requirements
- Conduct lectures
- Coordinate practical skill stations
- Organize and transport equipment
- Current WA State Certification as Emergency Medical Services Provider or National Certification in one of the following disciplines: Emergency Medical Technician, Advanced Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic
- WA State Certification as a EMS Evaluator within one year of appointment
