Role Overview

Lead financial budgeting, product costing, and pricing strategies for a growing organization. Partner with the Accounting team and keep a sharp eye on the financial side of the manufacturing process.

Prepare annual financial budgets, submit financial reporting packages, develop product costing and pricing, and review financial results with leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis
• Proven experience preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting packages
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory flow, and production costing
• Proficiency with ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
• Experience supporting internal and external audits
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to both financial and non-financial teams
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring accounting staff
