We are seeking a Pre-Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a Pre-Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are designed and manufactured to meet customer requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements and quality standards
• Design and develop test equipment and fixtures to validate product performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues
• Develop and maintain documentation of manufacturing processes and procedures
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support to production teams
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality
• Travel to manufacturing sites as needed to support production operations
