Senior Accounting Manager Vancouver

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Assurance to join our offices in Vancouver, Surrey, or Sechelt. The successful candidate will report to the Partners and will be a career-focused individual eager to join a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial firm.

Requirements

• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in public accounting
• Extensive knowledge and experience working with Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE), Accounting Standards for Not-for-Profit Organizations (ASNPO), Canadian Auditing Standards, and Canadian Standards on Review Engagements
• Knowledge of Public Sector Accounting Standards (PSAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is considered an asset
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Experienced leader with strong team-building and coaching skills
• Proficiency with accounting and tax software such as Caseware, Taxprep, Quickbooks, and Simply Accounting, as well as with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
