Manage 3 to 7 commercial construction projects at a time, develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes, coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of commercial construction assistant project management experience or 2 or more years as a project manager
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, and Bluebeam
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
- Working knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and industry practices
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Alvarado, TX
- OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain with company support
