Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Perform commercial HVAC service and maintenance in Tampa, Florida and surrounding areas. Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and HVAC/R systems including rooftop units, split systems, and refrigeration units.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC or HVAC/R service experience
• EPA Certification Type II or Universal
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
• Proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to complete written and verbal trade assessments

• Pay range of $50,000 to $90,000 per year with performance-based incentives
