Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs
- EPA certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior technicians
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Authorized to work in the United States
