Senior Product Designer

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Growth Team and help shape the future of our application process and consumer app. As a senior designer, you'll be a bar raiser and help the small but mighty design team establish design excellence and standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing digital products end-to-end
• Direct experience in Growth, particularly application funnels, is preferred
• Portfolio that demonstrates strengths in interaction design, product design, and systems thinking
• Great communication skills and the ability to articulate the 'why' behind design decisions
