We are seeking a Middle School Flag Football Coach to join our team at YES Prep Fifth Ward Secondary. As a coach, you will be responsible for organizing practices and games, monitoring academic progress, and communicating with coaches and athletic directors. Requirements

• Organizing practices and games
• Monitoring academic progress of student athletes
• Providing orientation to student athlete participants
• Communicating with coaches and athletic director
• Realizing student athlete as a student first, academics over athletics
• Being on time to all scheduled athletic events
• Practicing with a plan and purpose
• Training student-athletes for physical condition
• Putting team first, individual second
• Collecting athlete documentation
• Additional duties as assigned
