Product Developer (RF Welding)

Role Overview

The Soft Goods Product Developer is responsible for driving the development of projects from concept through production readiness. They will work with the Industrial Design Team, Soft Goods Material Developers, Category Management Team, and factory partners to create products that are uniquely YETI.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include working with internal teams and external manufacturing partners to advance a product from prototype stages to successful mass production, troubleshooting design, material, and trim details, and managing finished goods product testing.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in product development, preferably in accessories, bags, or apparel, and experience working with soft goods vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4 years of experience in product development
• Experience working with soft goods vendors
• Proficiency in building soft goods drawing packages
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator
