Job Description
The Y is seeking a Before and After School Site Director PreK Leader to support the work of Y's youth development program. This role involves planning and implementing high-quality programs for children, managing a positive environment, supervising staff, and ensuring adherence to YMCA policies and procedures. The site director will support the team to provide effective programs and a nurturing environment.
Requirements
- Establish positive relationships with parents, children, school personnel and other staff members.
- Actively pursue training and learning opportunities and certifications.
- Pass a Nationwide Criminal and Sex Offender Registry Background Screening.
- Ensure that the physical and social environments for program delivery reflect the Y’s definition of character and values.
