Aquatics Director, Leonard & Marjorie Williams Family YMCA

Provides leadership and management of aquatics programming within the Family Center, managing member participation and retention through the development and execution of aquatics programs and providing outstanding customer service to all members.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of experience in aquatics program management required
• 1-3 years of experience in staff supervision and leadership required
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required
• Current Oxygen Administration certification required
• Current Lifeguard certification/YMCA Aquatic Safety Assistant or Red Cross Safety Training for Swim Coaches required
• Current YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor certification required within 60 days
• Previous experience with diverse populations
