Developmental Swim Coach provides excellent customer service, manages swim team, and assists with producing a quality swim team program. Creates a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Current CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer, First Aid & emergency Oxygen administration certifications required by Hire Date
• Current YMCA Swim Instructor certification or Current YMCA Lifeguard Red Cross Lifeguard certification required by Hire Date
• Acquiring YMCA Principles of Swimming and Diving and Red Cross Safety training for swim coaches within 90 Days of employment
