Developmental Swim Coach, Leonard & Marjorie Williams Family YMCA

The Swim Coach provides excellent customer service while managing the swim team and assisting with the production of a quality swim team program. The Swim Coach creates a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with the YMCA of Central Florida policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Current CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer, First Aid & emergency Oxygen administration certifications required by Hire Date
• Current YMCA Swim Instructor certification or Current YMCA Lifeguard Red Cross Lifeguard certification required by Hire Date
• Acquiring YMCA Principles of Swimming and Diving and Red Cross Safety training for swim coaches within 90 Days of employment
