Job Description
The Swim Coach provides excellent customer service while managing the swim team and assisting with the production of a quality swim team program. Creates a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with the YMCA of Central Florida policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Current CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer, First Aid & emergency Oxygen administration certifications
- Current YMCA Swim Instructor certification or Current YMCA Lifeguard Red Cross Lifeguard certification
- Acquiring YMCA Principles of Swimming and Diving and Red Cross Safety training for swim coaches within 90 Days of employment
