YMCA Camp Collins is a traditional summer camp located in Gresham, OR along the banks of the Sandy River.
Job Description
We are seeking a UNIT DIRECTOR to lead our summer camp staff team and make a positive impact on the life of a child. As a UNIT DIRECTOR, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and personal growth of campers, supporting staff through coaching and feedback, and implementing value-based programs.
Requirements
- Must pass YMCA background check
- Possess (or obtain during training) a current CPR/AED & First Aid Certification
- 20 years or older
Benefits
- Room and board for the summer
- A full three weeks of training
- At least two hours off each day
- Friday evening through Sunday morning off each week
