Job Description
The Child Watch Attendant is responsible for the supervision and interaction of children aged 6 weeks to 6 years old while in the care of the Child Watch department at the YMCA of East Tennessee. This role involves ensuring children are registered, maintained, and followed child watch procedures, as well as promoting adherence to the YMCA's Judeo-Christian principles.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- No education requirements
- One to three months experience with children in the age-appropriate age group
