Early Learning Assistant Teacher (7:ooam-11:30am) or (11:30am-4:30pm)

The Early Learning Assistant Teacher is responsible for the care, safety, and well-being of children in a pre-school setting. This role involves developing a developmentally appropriate program, demonstrating knowledge of good teaching practices, and complying with state regulations. The position requires a strong understanding of the YMCA's Judeo-Christian principles and a commitment to positive relationships with parents and the community.

Requirements

• Supervise enrolled children.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and supplies.

• Maintain positive relationships with parents and staff.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED.
