Fitness Floor Staff

The Fitness Floor Staff will serve as a liaison between participants, members, and staff, upholding YMCA standards through adherence to Judeo-Christian principles and maintaining cleanliness. The position involves overseeing equipment, member interactions, and following established Y policies and procedures. This role is not supervisory in nature.

Requirements

• Perform essential fitness floor duties satisfactorily.
• Proficiency in Daxko Engage software.
• Build effective relationships with members.
• Ensure equipment is properly stored.
• Follow Y policies and procedures.
• Respond to incident reports.
