Fitness Floor Staff (Evenings & Weekends)

The Fitness Floor Staff will serve as the liaison between participants, members, and professional staff concerning all wellness equipment, programs, and policies. They will also uphold the Judeo-Christian principles of the YMCA of East Tennessee by modeling behaviors that exemplify the Y's core values - caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

Requirements

• Provides ActivTrax orientations to members
• Must be proficient in Daxko Engage software
• Builds effective, authentic relationships with members
• Ensures equipment and wellness area is kept clean during shift
• Ensures weights and other equipment is properly stowed according to Y policies and procedures
• Follows all Y policies, rules, regulations, and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures
