Job Description
The YMCA Dance Instructor is responsible for designing and producing effective dance programs for classes in ballet, hip-hop, jazz, tap, or another form of dance for youth and/or adult members.
Requirements
- Design and teach effective, safe and enjoyable exercise classes
- Select appropriate music and tempo
- Maintain positive rapport with participants
- Encourage member involvement in YMCA programs and events
- Report child abuse and neglect
