Job Description
This part-time childcare activity leader position supports after-school programs, ensuring children's social, physical, spiritual, and mental development. The role involves classroom management, documentation, parent communication, and compliance with relevant regulations and Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) guidelines. The position requires a focus on safety and child well-being.
Requirements
- Plans and develops weekly lesson plans.
- Works cooperatively with Lead Teacher, Site Administrator, and staff.
- Documents attendance, absences, and incident reports.
- Maintains classroom/program area cleanliness.
- Handles discipline and report all necessary needs.
