Job Description
This part-time, non-exempt position is focused on the organization and management of a childcare activity. The Childcare Activity Leader assists in the planning, development, and implementation of classroom activities, ensuring children's social, physical, spiritual, and mental development. Emphasis is placed on safety, wellbeing, and adhering to state guidelines and national standards.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED (or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education).
- Six months of experience in an early childhood setting is strongly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record (up to 14 children).
- Ability to work summer months/Day Camp.
