Job Description
The Nursery Attendant at the Coffman YMCA provides a safe and enjoyable nursery/babysitting experience for children while parents attend activities. Responsibilities include ensuring children's safety, implementing age-appropriate activities, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with parents, staff, and members. The role values individual potential and fosters a welcoming community environment.
