Before and After School Program Staff, North Side YMCA

This position is for a Before and After School Program Staff member at the North Side YMCA in Oklahoma City. The role involves supervising a group of children, ensuring their safety and well-being, leading activities, and documenting attendance. YMCA employee appearance guidelines are expected.

Requirements

• CPR/AED/O2 and First Aid certification (renewed annually)
• Completion of Redwoods Training within 30 days of hire (renewed annually)
• High school diploma or GED
• Interest in and commitment to children and the YMCA philosophy
• Attendance at weekly staff meetings and CATCH trainings
• Compliance with YMCA employee appearance guidelines
