Cabin counselors are the heart and soul of our camp, caring for a group of 8-10 campers. They plan, implement, and lead program activities that are culturally relevant, developmentally appropriate, and consistent with YMCA values. This is a challenging yet rewarding job that requires a passion for working with kids and a love for the outdoors.

- Adheres to program standards, including safety and cleanliness standards
- Follows YMCA policies and procedures
- Cultivates positive relationships and maintains effective communication with parents, children, and other staff
- Performs other duties as assigned
