Sports Official, OKCPS Sports Program

The YMCA is seeking an OKCPS Sports Official for their Youth Sports Program. This part-time position focuses on maintaining facilities and ensuring the program runs smoothly, with a goal of fostering player development and maintaining safety and quality. The role involves representing the program director and acting as a liaison between participants, coaches, and the YMCA staff.

Requirements

• CPR, AED, O2, and First Aid certification (training provided by the YMCA)
• YMCA officials training completion if offered.
• Completion of Redwoods training and renewal annually
• Knowledge of the Y rules of the chosen sport
• Understanding of the YMCA mission and core values
• Ability to effectively communicate with all ages
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
