As a YMCA Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering personalized fitness programs that inspire and motivate members to achieve their health and wellness goals.
Requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members.
- Offer continuous motivation, support, and accountability.
- Conduct fitness assessments to establish baseline measurements and identify member goals.
- Provide follow-up consultations to monitor progress and adjust programs.
- Design and implement personalized training programs based on individual needs, preferences, and fitness levels.
- Ensure the fitness area is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Follow all YMCA policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.
- Respond to and report any accidents or incidents promptly.
