The YMCA of Northeastern Ontario is seeking a Community Navigator (Francophone) to improve access to services for Francophone clients and reduce language and cultural barriers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing programming, offering individualized support, and facilitating referrals to internal and external resources. The role requires fluency in French and English, as well as experience working with marginalized populations, particularly Francophone communities.
