Job Description
Directs maintenance and improvement operations of properties, facilities, and vehicles. Develops preventative maintenance programs, manages budgets, and supervises staff. Provides hands-on maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of facilities, vehicles, and grounds.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in facility management or equivalent
- Three or more years of experience in progressive facility management or a closely related field
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, carpentry, and other maintenance-related areas
- Skills in staff supervision and budget management
