Swim Instructor - South Asheville

As a Swim Instructor at the YMCA of Western North Carolina, you will provide direct leadership, instruction, and motivation for students in swimming classes of all ages and abilities. You will also provide exceptional customer service to promote aquatics programs and the YMCA.

Requirements

• Must be 15 years of age or older
• Previous swim instructing experience is preferred
• Must successfully complete the following certifications within 60 days: Accredited Swim Lesson Instructor, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, Standard First Aid, Emergency Oxygen Administration – O2, Automated External Defibrillation – AED, and Be the Brand training
