The Counselor is responsible for the supervision, programming and safety of campers assigned to their group. They will greet everyone by using names, extend thanks whenever appropriate, and make relationship building the number one priority. The position ensures that the mission, purpose, image and core values of the YMCA of Greater Rochester is conveyed.
