The Director of Annual Giving will lead the development of strategies and tools to strengthen leadership annual giving across the YMCA of Greater Rochester, partnering with branch Executive Directors to cultivate, solicit, and steward donors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in annual giving, donor engagement, or nonprofit development
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency with donor databases, segmentation tools, and moves management tracking
