Yoga Instructor

Under the supervision of the Health and Fitness Director, a Specialty Instructor II teaches a safe and effective yoga class which promotes total fitness development for members.

Requirements

• Possess and maintain current CPR/AED and Standard First Aid
• Yoga Alliance Registered
• Group Exercise Pre-Hire Practicum
• Orientation to Healthy Living at the Y
• Foundations of Listen First
• Principles of Member Health and Wellness
• Group Exercise at the Y
• Complete the YMCA of Greater Rochester New Employee Orientation Parts I & II
• Darkness to Light training
