Niebur Front Desk Opening Staff (Memb. Specialist 1)

The Member Specialist provides support to member services team members, responsible for customer service, program promotion, and adhering to YMCA policies. They serve as a point of contact for members, respond to urgent needs, and contribute to a positive member experience. The role requires a commitment to the YMCA's values and a strong understanding of YMCA program policies.

Requirements

• YMCA Cause-Driven Leadership® Competencies (Leader)
• Strong interpersonal skills and team leadership experience
• Excellent computer and organizational skills
• YUSA Leader certification or obtain within 60 days of hire/promotion
• CPR/AED Certification or obtain within 60 days of hire/promotion
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
