Job Description
The YWCA of the City of New York is seeking an Assistant Program Director to support the positive youth development and empowerment of young women at a NYC school-based Out-of-School Time (OST) program. This role involves site-based leadership, program support, partnership development, and ensuring program compliance with funding and licensing requirements. Requirements
- Supervision of student cohort, ensure adequate supervision of staff
- Program & Professional Development, curriculum delivery
- Partnership & Relationship Development
- Administrative tasks (drafting communications, managing schedules, data entry)

- Comply with SACC licensing and funder requirements
