Assistant Program Director Coney Island

The YWCA of the City of New York is seeking an Assistant Program Director to support the positive youth development and empowerment of young women at a NYC school-based Out-of-School Time (OST) program. This role involves site-based leadership, program support, partnership development, and ensuring program compliance with funding and licensing requirements. Requirements

• Supervision of student cohort, ensure adequate supervision of staff
• Program & Professional Development, curriculum delivery
• Partnership & Relationship Development
• Administrative tasks (drafting communications, managing schedules, data entry)
• Data entry, report writing, attendance tracking
• Comply with SACC licensing and funder requirements
• Must have a stable internet connection and reliable computing devices
