The YWCA of the City of New York is seeking an Assistant Program Director to lead a YW-NYC school-based Out-of-School Time (OST) program. This role focuses on supporting the needs of families, the school community, and providing positive youth development through high-quality programs. The Assistant Director will also contribute to the Program Director's administrative and data management tasks, ensuring program compliance and sustainability.
