Job Description
The YW-NYC’s OST Programs aim to empower children through academic, social, and cultural support. The Program Director will implement a multi-faceted after-school program, oversee budget, and foster partnerships. They are responsible for school community engagement and ensure quality programming aligned with school's goals.
Requirements
- Develop, coordinate and implement a year-round out-of-school-time program.
- Hire, onboard, train, and supervise program staff.
- Implement grant policies and school-age child-care regulations.
- Oversee budget and use of resources.
- Develop procedures and policies for program operation.
- Assist in curriculum development.
- Provide oral and written reports regularly.
